We have published our official Terms of Service, Refund & Chargeback Policy, and Community Guidelines. Please give them a read.
To keep Niflheim fair, safe, and sustainable as we grow, we have published our official Terms & Policies. They cover three things:
• Terms of Service — your account, fair play, and how virtual items and purchases work.
• Refund & Chargeback Policy — all sales are final, but if anything ever goes wrong with a purchase, contact us first and we will make it right. Please never open a chargeback on delivered goods; it results in a permanent ban and clawback.
• Community Guidelines — the rules that keep the realm welcoming for everyone: respect, fair play, no real-world trading, no scamming.
