Events Overhaul: Interactive Events & Real Drop Parties

Niflheim's world events are now interactive — race to loot drops, pop party-room balloons, win chat races, and win varied rewards.
The biggest events update yet — Niflheim's world events are now something you actually take part in, not just free handouts in chat.
INTERACTIVE EVENTS
• Loot races — many events now drop real loot at a named town. Get there first and grab it!
• Gambling chat races — Coin Flip, Dice Duel, Golden Dice and more are now "first to type the word wins the coin pot".
• Varied rewards — grant events now roll a weighted random reward: mystery boxes, coins, and Bronze / Silver / Gold caskets.
REAL DROP PARTIES
Party Pete's drop party now uses the actual Falador Party Room — the chest is stocked and balloons rain from the ceiling. Head to the party room (::fdp) and pop the balloons to win!
QUALITY OF LIFE
• New command ::wheel — open the Wheel of Fortune any time (opening never costs a spin).
• Fixed the "Total donated" display on the Game Noticeboard.
